Building Inclusion Through Mentorship — TEAM IV Community of Practice Event
Today, CESES joined our partner representatives at the TEAM IV Community of Practice Event in Brussels — an inspiring gathering dedicated to strengthening inclusion for people with disabilities through mentorship and volunteering.
The event brought together project partners, disability advocates, and volunteering experts to discuss the TEAM IV platform — a tool designed to train and connect mentors who support volunteers with disabilities. Through engaging presentations, collaborative discussions, and action planning, representatives explored how to make this platform a lasting resource for inclusive volunteering across Europe.
The day concluded with the signing of memorandums of cooperation, marking a shared commitment to the platform’s continued development and impact.
A huge thank you to our partners — Centre for European Volunteering (CEV), Volunteer Ireland, Pro Vobis, Cocemfe Sevilla and Big Brothers Big Sisters Bulgaria — for their dedication and collaboration in making this event such a success.
Together, we’re working to ensure that everyone — regardless of ability — has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and thrive through volunteering.
