On 15th of October, we held our board meeting in Madrid, the home city of our President, Doris Bandín. The meeting brought significant updates, including the election of Bernard Boidin as CESES’ new Vice President and an overview of our 2024 finances. We discussed our ongoing TEAM IV and MAB projects, as well as the future of our SENT 2024 programme, along with proposals for future initiatives to strengthen our efforts across Europe.
We spoke about a new collaboration protocol for EU projects, designed to enhance partnerships between CESES and its member organisations, ensuring more effective cooperation in the years ahead, as well as a new financial sustainability plan with a fresh fundraising strategy, ensuring CESES continues to thrive.
The meeting also focused on the upcoming SENT Awards, scheduled for December, which aim to celebrate excellence within our member organisations’ senior expert community. The meeting concluded with a presentation from SECOT’s President Fernando Sobrini, reaffirming our ongoing collaboration with this key partner. Exciting developments await!
